Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason.

Whether or not you have already downloaded the file makes no difference to this. There is no separate case-by-case track and nothing to justify: ask within 7 days and you get your money back. (Download links stop working after a set number of uses, but that cap is a link-sharing limit, not a refund condition.)

To request a refund, email support@violetcrownlaser.com with your order email address and the product name. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe and can take a few business days to appear.
